My Story: Sharyl Voss

My Story: Sharyl Voss

Every employee has a unique Clickstop story.

We have people from all over eastern Iowa. We have Kerry who drives all the way from Guttenberg, to Lonnie who lives right down the street. No matter the background, no matter how long of a drive it takes to get here, everyone shows up to Clickstop with a great attitude and ready to achieve great things. Sharyl Voss is a prime example of someone who helps set the tone around Clickstop.

One thing everyone can say about Sharyl… She has a big smile on her face. Everyday. She is happy to be at work. She is excited to see her co-workers, her friends. If you ask Sharyl if she likes her job, she will look at you seriously and tell you “NO! I LOVE my job!”. Her attitude and friendliness is contagious.

But don’t take my word for it! We asked her a few questions about her Clickstop story. Here is what she had to say.

How did you end up at Clickstop?

“I heard from a friend that Clickstop was hiring. So I filled out an application and that is when my journey started. The environment is so friendly and there are opportunities if you seek them out. I get to work with people who help each other out when we are struggling, yet are able to laugh and have fun no matter the circumstance. I don’t use the word ‘LIKE’, I ‘LOVE’ my job here at Clickstop.”

What are you most excited about on the Manufacturing team?

“I am most excited about getting to know each other and learning about each other’s strengths. Through this, we are able to communicate with each person efficiently, and get the job done right.”

What do you enjoy most about your work?

“Through the top notch products that we make at Clickstop, I know that my work is helping people throughout the trucking industry.”

What do you see in your future at Clickstop?

“I see setting an example for all to get the job done in a¬†mannerly fashion and by not making any QC errors. I don’t know what the future will hold for me but that will be a journey I have accepted for myself and will seek out.”
