2018 Q1 Communicate Openly with Confidence & Respect Award: Jessica Clark

Up next in our Q1 Core Value winner series is Communicate Openly with Confidence & Respect winner, Jessica Clark! Check out her thoughts on this award below:

Tell me about opportunity at Clickstop.

Jessica: Opportunities at Clickstop are approached in a completely different manner than the typical “climb the ladder” way. Opportunity, to me has been redefined as growth to make best version of myself, my family, and my career. DAILY. Clickstop wants and encourages me to take part in activities, lunch & learns, conferences, meetings, you name it, so that I can build a stronger me!

What is your favorite part about working at Clickstop?

Jessica: My favorite part about working at Clickstop is that we are a team. We all work hard and help our teammates win.

How do you relate to the core value: Communicate Openly with Confidence & Respect?

Jessica: Growing up, my mom and dad taught me to treat others the way I wanted to be treated. Communicate Openly with Confidence and Respect is about treating others in a polite and courteous manner, even when the topic is difficult.

What advice do you give to others who want to embrace this core value?

Jessica: Embracing this Core Value starts by being open and honest with yourself. Work to be the best version of YOU, then be open and honest with the other person in the conversation.

What are your major goals at Clickstop? How are you going to make it happen?

Jessica: My goals at Clickstop are to create opportunities for my team to develop the best versions of themselves, finding their passion, and using this to enhance their career. Create processes and opportunities for the Service Team to grow, enhancing their ability to support USCC and Clickstop. To make this happen, I will take these ideas, use our resources at Clickstop, and bring out the best of all of us so that we, as a team, can bring the ideas to life!

Congrats on your win, Jessica!
