Clickstop was built around the idea of adventure. “Where can this company go? What can this company become?” are questions that we constantly ask. Especially in the early days of the company, adventure was common! Every opportunity was an adventure as Tim scratched and clawed to close sales and grow the company. The idea of being bold, taking risks, persevering through tough times, having vision, finding creative solutions to problems, and having persistence were key factors that led to our success and ultimately getting us where we are today. It’s a story shared by most successful companies and their founders. Together, we are writing our very own story and it truly is an adventure!
Embrace and Drive Change
Ironically, change is the one constant you can count on at Clickstop. Consistent change means that there are opportunities around every corner. Make sure that you are working to prepare yourself for the next stage in your Clickstop career. There are several ways to do that:
- Invest in yourself by learning. Be the best you can be at your job so when opportunities arise from changes in the company, you’ll be ready to capitalize on them immediately.
- Learn to roll with the punches: be adaptable! Change isn’t a bad thing. Clickstop is full of people who have been thrown into situations that made them uncomfortable only to see them thrive.
- Look for opportunities to contribute. The best ideas don’t always come from the leaders of the company (nor should they). You can make a difference!
- Expect (and embrace) that change is part of our strategy and how we constantly improve. It supports our Mission Statement by keeping Clickstop sustainable.
