Any way you look at it finding balance between your professional and personal life is an important core value at Clickstop. It’s a common topic during interviews, when we give tours, and when we talk about our company in public. It has been one of the best ways that we continue to attract top talent. Many Clickstopper’s have told us that the reason they came here was for this core value alone!
Making Time for Fun
At Clickstop we make time for fun because it’s an opportunity to build relationships with co-workers. That’s why we have a bags, ping-pong and other games. We get to laugh, have a friendly competition and create lasting friendships. Not into games? That’s ok, because we have a beautiful patio with picnic tables to enjoy the warm sun on a beautiful Spring day. It’s a wonderful feeling to step away from a project for a few minutes and then return feeling rejuvenated and ready to get back at it.
Fun is infused into everything we do because it's fun to be a part of the world's best team.
Working at Clickstop has been life changing for me. For the first time in a long time I am balancing work and family life. I can come into work, do my best, and go home to be with my family at the end of the day. I don’t feel guilty leaving my kids to go to work and I don’t feel guilty leaving work to be with my family!"
Making Time for Family
We all have lives outside of Clickstop and many of us have young families. Being able to attend our children’s events is important because time passes by so quickly; before we know it they’re grown! We don’t want our employees to feel torn between family, friends and work. Flexible work schedules help our employees find time to be with their family.
We’re thrilled to be surrounded by talented, driven teammates that value their personal and family time. We enjoy having committed, engaged and highly productive employees who understand that the amount they contribute will benefit them in the long run.
Clickstop has been incredibly flexible with my schedule in order to accommodate my family’s needs. It is reassuring to see members of the leadership team carrying out the work-life balance philosophy. In my experience, they don’t just claim to support work-life balance, they genuinely work to maintain it themselves."
