You’ll be working in the marketing sector of Leverage - a dynamic and strategic agency offering services in IT, Talent Enrichment, Marketing, and Digital Imaging. A different kind of marketing agency, Leverage develops long-term relationships with our customers and your role is to keep those relationships thriving.
The Focus of your role is Project Management extraordinaire! In this capacity, you will:
- Set expectations & delegate flawlessly
- Communicate openly and honestly across the board. Be direct but kind; committed to cultivating great relationships internally and externally
- Support & serve both internal and external clients
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and project contributors
- Manage and execute campaigns from start to finish
- Innovate strategies to exceed clients’ revenue and expectations
The outcomes you’ll be expected to achieve: Actively and successfully managing a book of business that keeps Leverage and its client profitable. You’ll be in the habit of ensuring that your customers are raving fans of Leverage due to your ability to communicate clearly and directly all while rallying the team to meet and exceed the deadline expectations. You will have the utmost trust for both your internal and external relationships, because you know what your customers want and you delegate extremely well because you trust the strengths of your team.
You’ll know you are making an impact when: As an Account Manager, you’re taking a seat at the table with all customer work and related decision making. You are undoubtedly trusted and seen as the key point of contact with clients and Leverage Marketing’s talented team of content, creative, and digital marketing experts. It will be the norm for you to proactively anticipate client needs, to communicate strategies, and manage ongoing work with the highest of standards. You’ll be a key contributor and part of an awesome and highly collaborative team that partners with businesses to empower growth through their marketing. Marketing strategy will be your second language and understanding how messaging, media (digital and traditional), and analytics come together in today’s marketing environment will drive your success. You will keep current client business growing through proactive and strategic service recommendations, cross-selling, and relationship building.
Who will you work with closely in the company: You’ll report directly to, and work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer. There will be constant communication with all marketing team members including: graphic designers, copywriters, content marketers, digital marketers, and more. It won’t be out of the ordinary for you to team up with our IT project stack ninja and web developers. Meetings, desk drive-bys and daily emails can be expected from our internal brand leaders, BUFs, and presidents.
Have you ever: Had direct experience with campaign management and lead generation tactics? Managed and prioritized multiple projects and tasks simultaneously?
Are you: Creative and deadline driven? A written and verbal communication guru? Able to take your own initiative, own your work, and also work collaboratively with teammates in all departments?
Nice to have: Experience working in WordPress, Shopify, Hubspot, Wrike, InDesign, is a plus.
