At Clickstop, one of our core values communicates the importance of making time for fun and family. There are several activities happening around the company that allow employees to escape their desk, get outside and get active.

This afternoon was a great example. A small group of people, many from different teams, met outside to play a round of disc golf. The sun was shining and the sky was a perfect, light blue. It was the kind of day that demands to be captured in a photo or postcard. The group split into teams and away they went, the wind carrying their brightly colored disks away from them. People laughing, smiling and genuinely enjoying the company of their co-workers.

See, this type of moment is what Clickstop Culture is all about. We don’t want people to dread coming to work. We don’t want them to be cooped-up sitting at their desks dreaming of what else they could be doing on a beautiful day. We want them to take a well deserved break, and have a little fun at the same time.

No, that doesn’t mean we spend hours playing disc golf instead of getting our work done, but we do see value in letting people escape however they see fit. Whether that means a trip to town for lunch or a round of disk golf. It’s really up to you how you want to have fun.
