People who win this award are individuals who demonstrate ownership when challenges occur and readily build relationships to get results.
Brennan is a go to on the team. He is consistently taking the opportunity to learn and share his knowledge with teammates and customers. He had a strong desire to push himself to grow and align that with opportunities at Clickstop where he felt he could make an impact. But first, he made sure he was excelling in his current role while also preparing for what was next.
He did this by asking for feedback, putting that feedback in to action, learning about other teams and making sure he would be prepared. Opportunity for those that seek it is a key piece of our mission statement and Brennan is a great example of someone that prepared and was ready to take ownership when the time was right. I am excited to see what Brennan will do in his next adventure as a Premier Account Manager.
Way to go Brennan!
