Opportunity may come knocking, but we must be opportunistic to capitalize on the moment.
In Q3, we were privileged to have two team members who peers saw as deserving of our Opportunistic Award. They live out our mission by seeking and taking advantage of the opportunities Clickstop provides.
Today, we celebrate the first of our co-award winners, Cassie Mundorf!
If you’ve been following our Q3 award winner spotlights, it won’t shock you that another employee hired this year is making a significant impact! Cassie joined Clickstop’s Human Resources Team in February and immediately began helping identify efficiencies and opportunities.
Cassie’s process improvements have helped us gain efficiencies, freeing us up to do even more hiring for Clickstop and Clean Laundry!” – Nominator
Prior to joining our team, Cassie didn’t often have the courage to lean in and make recommendations for improvements. “At first, it was a bit of a challenge for me to step up and make recommendations where I saw fit,” she admitted. “However, with my team’s support, I’ve been stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing the ownership piece of my role!”
Two crucial elements to Cassie’s success have been her willingness to ask questions and focus on building relationships. Cassie explains, “when I have a question, there are usually a handful of follow-up questions that come with it. My team has been there to help answer them and encourage me to speak up if I have input or feedback.” With her role in HR and being fully remote, she has managed to successfully support employees who are hundreds of miles away by focusing on communicating proactively.
Clickstop’s mission to create a business that is sustainable, enjoyable, and provides opportunity for those who seek it, is only attainable if we identify and own the opportunities in front of us. In just under a year with us, Cassie has done just that. We cannot wait to see what 2022 has in store for her!
