Strategically pursuing a new idea and taking action impacts more than just the decision-maker.
Our Q4 Strategic Award Winner was nominated and selected for her understanding of the ripple effect she has on others and the business.
Logan O’Neal has been with Clickstop for 4 years and is a Developer on the Technology Team. At the end of 2021, her peers couldn’t help but nominate her for one of Clickstop’s quarterly awards.
One of her nominators said of Logan:
“She does a great job asking questions to understand the issues, researching options to fix the problems quickly, and implementing a fix. Then, she actively monitors it and is quick to revisit/rework it if the solution isn’t working.”

What is one area where you have been seeking growth and how have you been taking action on it?
Communication. This has been one area that I am constantly looking to improve. I think by gathering and pushing communication out from IT we could really accomplish some amazing things.
With this recognition, it’s clear you are challenging us. How do you want to challenge Clickstop in the future?
I hope to challenge Clickstop in the future by bringing in creative but sustainable solutions. My goal is to always create projects that can stand up to time and exponential growth.
How has the Clickstop Code impacted you personally and professionally?
The Clickstop Code has been an alignment check for me both personally and professionally. When strategizing for future projects, I take the Code and ask myself if I’m aligned with the values of Clickstop. It is always a great start.
What word or phrase do you hope describes the growth and impact you make in 2022?
Back to basics: As a team, we are looking for ways to pare down customization and standardize where appropriate so we can focus our customization efforts on external tools and R&D projects.
Tell us about someone who inspires you to be the best version of yourself.
Courtney Dauwalter. An absolutely incredible ultra-runner. Courtney inspires me to remember that the impossibly difficult is still doable. When I think about a project or task in my professional or personal life that feels out of reach, she’s taught me to stay optimistic. I’ll keep a positive track in the back of my head saying, “Just keep moving. You are so capable.”
What advice do you have for new Clickstoppers seeking to make an impact?
Explore ways to improve communication with critical feedback, both getting and giving it. Giving it is just as important as being open to receiving it. Especially for new Clickstoppers, in my opinion. Your feedback is invaluable.
What is something you dislike that everyone seems to like?
I’ve recently learned I am not a DIY-er (home improvement, gardening ideas, décor, etc). I want to be, I really do, and more power to the people who do it. I know people love it and walk away with really amazing unique products. Just not for me.
What are three things you can’t live without?
Coffee, running, family & friends 🙂
What book should everyone read?
Don DiLillo – White Noise
Brene Brown – The Gifts of Imperfection
What song can you listen to on repeat?
Iron and Wine – Freedom Hangs like Heaven
