Responsible individuals keep themselves and their teammates on track regardless of circumstance. They’re the people we know and trust who just crank through work. When it comes to winning the responsible award, often we could call these individuals ”forces of invisible productivity” because they just get the job done right with incredible consistency.
Rachel took the initiative to collect feedback from her peers at annual review time, which allowed her to reflect on her past performance and get a different set of feedback from her peers. She consistently meets deadlines. In fact, work is often completed ahead of time with expectations exceeded. You can delegate to Rachel with confidence that she’ll get it done and do it right.
She’s been the glue on 3 different key rocks in 2020 – top100/ABM, Amazon, and New Product Development. Rachel is critical to these projects and a driving force for them to come together on time and in a high quality way.
We’re pleased to recognize Rachel Neve as our Q4 ‘Responsible’ award winner. Way to go, Rachel!
What is your role at Clickstop?
Creative Marketing Strategist for USCC
How long have you worked at Clickstop?
Just over 9 years
What makes this recognition meaningful to you?
It’s really nice knowing my co-workers know they can depend on me no matter what. I have always had anxiety about not getting things done or being late (like even as a child, haha) so it’s nice to know that people appreciate that I do have a high sense of responsibility.
How are the behaviors within this Core Trait critical for our ongoing success?
I think that being responsible saves others a lot of time and headache in unnecessary follow-up, questions, and conversations. If we can all just trust each other to get the job done to the best of our ability with no excuses, we can all work more efficiently and focus on the things that have a big impact.
Within our Core Values, what is one area you are seeking growth? What difference will it make?
I have been working on being more strategic over the years. Strategy is not a natural trait of mine so I always have to work at it and make time to focus on it. In my role, there is never any shortage of work so I can easily get sucked into checking boxes on my to-do list. I try to focus on making time to think bigger picture, and CREATING strategic work for myself and the brand instead of just doing what is assigned to me. Essentially making time to be strategic is making time to think big and make it happen.
Do you dance when no one is looking?
ALL. THE. TIME. And when people ARE looking, lol
What is one thing you loved as a child that today’s kids would know nothing about?
playing outside (hahaha)
What is your favorite activity that you like to do with your family?
Dance parties in the kitchen
When things break, do you prefer to fix them or replace them?
FIX THEM. Much cheaper. I’ll try my hardest to fix things myself if I can after some YouTube searches ;p I fixed my washer last month – so satisfying.
