The Interview
What is your role at Clickstop?
Technology Team Project Coordinator
How long have you worked at Clickstop?
Just over 7 years
What brought you to Clickstop?
I was looking for a change of pace and hoping to build a career somewhere long term. Clickstop looked like the perfect place for this oppourtunity.
What effect has this recognition had upon you?
It feels nice. Being recognized for the hard work is such a humbling experience.
What do you believe has led up to this recognition?
Being Decisive, trusting my co-workers, being honest with those around me, seeking resources when needed. Knowing what I don’t know and working with those who do know to come to a solution.
Who has supported you in achieving these results?
The entire organization! To be able to work on all 3 of the projects and my daily regular work I needed so much support from so many people! I had great teammates who have pushed me in different ways! I am very fortunate to have such great people around me to work with every day.
How have you taken ownership of your growth?
I’ve been more courageous as I’ve grown over the years, taking on challenges I would have been too shy or timid to do in the past. Stepping outside of my comfort zone and just being more confident in who I am.
What are 3 ways you’ve grown in your time at Clickstop?
I’ve grown more confident in myself and the work I am doing.
I’ve learned to be more tactful in how I speak.
I’ve grown my friendship circle; I’ve gotten to meet so many amazing people who have become really close friends.
How have our Core Values impacted you in your Clickstop journey?
They have really served as a guiding tool. They are great reminders and tools when navigating tough or new situations.
What is the coolest/craziest place you ever been to?
Denmark: Most specifically the Viking Ship Museum where we got to row a Viking ship in the water, in the rain.
What’s something you get wrong almost every time you do it?
Spelling the word definitely (I usually am so far off that spell check doesn’t even know what I am trying to type).
What do you dislike but have no good reason for disliking?
Peanut butter Cookies
Who would play you in a movie of your life?
I’d want someone like Aubrey Plaza.
Cake or pie?
Both! Cheesecake and Cherry Pie!
