The summary of our Rockstar award winner’s impact took up two entire pages.
Don’t worry, you’re reading the cliff notes version.
It’s amazing how much one person can achieve in three months. While he’d be happy to stay behind the scenes and give all the credit to his team, it’s nearly impossible to keep a low profile when you’re driving change and making an impact the way Scott has recently.
In the nearly 1,000 words used to describe his impact, a theme emerged – seeing and acting on potential.
Scott moves decisively to harness opportunity.
Whether he’s mentoring individuals who are curious about technology or pursuing opportunities that will enhance the performance of our business, he has a humble tenacity that challenges Clickstop to be the best it can be. When we talk about recognizing those transforming our business and people, Scott is a great example of someone who consistently does both.
Another element of Scott’s success is his awareness.
He understands the ripple effect of the actions he takes. Scott addresses the day-to-day in a way that sets us up for long-term success.
Scott’s enthusiasm, curiosity, and responsibility, directly impacts EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE at Clickstop. Advocating for and driving change in compliance, cyber security, and consistent internet access isn’t the sexiest or glamorous job, but Scott saw the value in slowing down to address these foundational elements of our business before moving forward on the visionary work.
And, as you can imagine, Scott would be the first to point out that we have even more room for improvement, and he won’t be satisfied until we’re there.
So, let’s hear it for the man behind the curtain, Scott Keeling!
