Q1 Curious Award: Bri Heineman

Growth Driven by Curiosity

Our Curious Award Winner from the first quarter has done an excellent job finding her fit with Clickstop’s Accelerator Team (CAT). Bri Heineman joined Clickstop in 2021 and has spent that short time continuing to learn and grow through her curiosity. As she focused on delivering the best customer experience, she constantly communicated with the team and sought support from others.

My most meaningful accomplishment from last quarter was building my confidence in what I am doing,” said Bri. “Digging further into the small details and the ‘why’ so I can better understand my role, and better help our customers.”

Bri is already showing up as an informal leader on her team. She raised her hand to lead a cohort of new hires when the opportunity presented itself. In this role, she is responsible for supporting the integration of new hires into how we work and the work we do. As someone who went through Clickstop’s onboarding during the COVID-19 pandemic, she knew this was a great opportunity to create a positive experience for new hires and to get to know more team members in this blended and dynamic workplace.

Curiosity + Courage = Action

Her curiosity has led her to take the initiative to pursue the growth and development of herself and her team members. Not every company provides an avenue for someone to provide candid feedback in their first year that changes the course of how things are done. During training with the sales team, participants were encouraged to provide feedback to Clickstop’s Leadership Team about changes we can implement to improve how we work. Bri used her curiosity and courage to submit her ideas based on her experiences. The feedback has already made a difference on her team!

“Working here has been eye-opening,” said Bri. “I work with purpose while I am here and can be home with my family at the end of the day. Working this way has really allowed me to recoup and be more energized and involved in my work. It brings a new level of passion to the table.”
