Displaying Enthusiasm in Embracing a New Role

One’s commitment to the success of a team is demonstrated in identifying opportunities for improvement and moving towards it. With a can-do attitude, our enthusiastic team members demonstrate this behavior.

This past quarter, Andrea Oberbroeckling has shown how intensely she cares about Clickstop’s success as she stepped into a new rotating role of the lead processor. She is taking ownership of communicating effectively with the sales team and has done a nice job resolving issues promptly.

Andrea has shown her resiliency by hitting the ground running with an optimistic, hopeful view of the future. She does what is necessary to help the team be successful, is fast and efficient in her work, and can be seen helping many team members improve. In assisting with training, she has been focused on setting new team members up for success and offering encouragement along the way.

Andrea received multiple nominations this quarter which sends a clear message that her actions are inspiring others, and her team is recognizing the positive impact on performance.

We are pleased to recognize you as an ‘Enthusiastic’ award winner for Q3. Well done, Andrea!
