Enthusiasm begins with a belief in the mission. At Clickstop, we show up each day to create a business that is enjoyable, sustainable and provides opportunity for those who seek it. If you’re in agreement with the mission, you find delight in seeing it fulfilled.
Additionally, there is a set of Core Values that we have determined are the necessary for us to achieve the mission. For that reason, we measure our performance against them. As the values consistently manifest in the behaviors of co-workers, it is creating success (sustainability) and an environment that we enjoy being a part of.
Belief and Trust in Co-Workers
Doug Martens is a co-worker who cares intensely about Clickstop’s success. When he asks about your day, he genuinely listens to your reply and offers encouragement whenever possible. Doug is a friend to everyone he meets. Additionally, he pursues greatness by holding himself and others to an expectation of excellence.
Doug has the responsibility of managing Clickstop’s biggest expense, and understands what successful management means to the organization. Each time the contract is revised, Doug re-reads the fine print from the top, catching small errors and saving us from unnecessary expenses. He’s holding others accountable to the small things that make a big impact and encouraging us along the way. Not to mention, he often loves to share his homemade baked goods.
