The Recognition & Results
When the need to restock the warehouse came up, Daniel and his team rose to the challenge! We went from being short on inventory to filling our warehouse quick and he was a key person in leading the charge. Over the 64 business days in Q1 his team received 104 containers! For context, in all of 2020 we received 262 containers.
Daniel doesn’t just take responsibility over the areas he directly leads but also looks at the bigger picture of the operations team and steps in wherever he sees a need. He is a team player who’s coworkers count on every day to be reliable, honest and trustworthy.
Way to go Daniel!

LTL and Receiving Supervisor
How long have you worked here?
What makes this recognition meaningful to you?
When others see my growth and how I am a reliable worker that they can lean on to get the work done.
What is your most meaningful accomplishment from this past quarter?
Playing a key role in getting our inventory back up so we wouldn’t miss opportunities for large and smaller sales. Anywhere from scheduling containers, receiving them, putting away and managing how many we could get in as well as how we were going to be able to store the crazy amounts of product coming in the door.
What is one area you are seeking growth? What difference will it make?
Managing my time by delegating more work to my peers. This will free up more time for me to be able to do more of the tasks that I have as a Supervisor.
How have others supported your growth while at Clickstop?
Accountability is the best support we can give each other. Putting things off can be an easy thing when you get wrapped up in the work. support through accountability from a teammate helps ensure the important things don’t get missed.
Whether you’re working from home or onsite, what has been your biggest challenge navigating a new work environment? How have you sought to overcome that challenge?
One of the biggest challenges is how we communicate as a company and how we are evolving to make this better. This was a challenge for onsite people trying to communicate with team members who are offsite and maybe don’t work the same hours. Adding additional tools such as Microsoft teams has made it easier to communicate with people as well as adding the benefit of talking to someone’s face opposed to just emailing that person.
What is the strangest food you’ve ever eaten?
You’re in the circus, would you rather be the person with their head inside the lion’s mouth or get shot out of the cannon?
Shot out of a cannon for sure!
What is one thing you loved as a child that today’s kids would know nothing about (ex. Walkman, Spirograph, Cabbage Patch Kids, etc.)?
Going outside and playing all day without your parents being right there
What is the silliest way you’ve been injured?
I cut the tip of my finger off with a mandolin a couple days before my honeymoon to Punta Cana.
