You are here: Home / Core Values / Jamie Noe is our Q3 ‘Curious’ Award Winner

December 4, 2019 By Jeremy Meyer Leave a Comment

Jamie Noe is our Q3 ‘Curious’ Award Winner

Jamie has sought opportunities to learn and improve throughout her career here at Clickstop.  She pursues learning eagerly and encourages others to do the same. When the manufacturing team found themselves short-handed in cargo nets, several individuals stepped up to the plate and they found Jamie there to help, teach, and encourage them along the way.

Multiple nominations noted Jamie’s positivity and the enthusiasm with which she approaches taking on new responsibilities.  She has made it a point to make herself an expert in each area of manufacturing, owning her impact and recommending better approaches along the way.  She has sought opportunities to interview for internal positions not because she was looking to change roles, but because she was looking for ways to learn and improve so she could contribute at higher levels.

We’re pleased to recognize Jamie as our Q3 ‘Curious’ award winner.  Well done, Jamie!

The Interview

What is your role at Clickstop?

Manufacturing Production Associate

How long have you worked at Clickstop?

Coming up on 2 ½ years

How did you feel upon being recognized for this award?

Excited and Honored to hear what my peers had to say about me!

What do you believe has led up to this recognition?

My positivity and willingness to always want to learn new things. My goal everyday is to give my best work, help others who are struggling, and inspire my peers to step out of their comfort zone and explore new opportunities.

Have you had struggles within this core trait?

Of course. Sometimes it is easy to overlook things and push them aside just to get them done quicker. I learned I need to focus more on questioning those approaches so that we can all contribute at a higher level.

Why is this core trait important to the success of Clickstop?

It allows for rapid growth and new opportunities to those who seek them.

What brought you to Clickstop?

I was looking for a job to accommodate my growing family and April Kress told me about this opportunity.  She made for a good referral. 😊

What keeps you at Clickstop?

The people! I enjoy coming to work every day because I work with awesome people and the opportunities are endless here as well.

Why should others want to work at Clickstop?

Great place to work where the opportunities for growth are endless!

If you had to pick one food to eat for the rest pf your life, what would it be?

POPCORN

What is the coolest/craziest place you ever been to?

Germany, Austria, & Switzerland

Do you a nickname(s)? If so, what is it? Why is it your nickname?

I have a few but the one I respond to is Jaymz. I think an old friend started calling me by that and it just stuck. I chose the spelling because it looked more girlie!
