Keaton is Enthusiastically Leading the Growth of Pepper Joe's

Keaton Wanninger hasn’t always been the BUF of Pepper Joe’s, but the brand has drawn his attention from the moment he first heard of it. While serving as a Graphic Designer within the Leverage Marketing team, he took the initiative to design new labels for all the hot sauces. This was done of his own accord and was the result of the look and feel that he envisioned for the brand. Since being acquired by Clickstop, quality strategic decisions have been made to fuel the growth of Pepper Joe’s. This past March, Keaton pursued the opportunity to become the Pepper Joe’s BUF.  He has built on the solid foundation and continued the advancement of products and their quality.  Increased rates of germination, high customer satisfaction, improved storage of seeds, and new methods of seed growing are some of the specific results that have been achieved. Along the way, he’s gotten team members on board with the vision of success for the brand. As actions align with this vision, he is quick to give praise and recognition for the impact created. We’ve already had multiple record-breaking months in 2020 and are excited for what’s ahead. Keaton, congratulations on receiving the recognition as our Q1 ‘Enthusiastic’ award winner.  Well done!
