Purpose
Cody continually seeks opportunities to align his strengths and growth interests with what is meaningful to the organization. This pursuit creates shared purpose that drives impact for Cody and Clickstop.
Community
When asked about his greatest accomplishment in Q1, Cody talked about his ability to help new team members. His nominators also noticed his ability to balance individual and team work. Last quarter, Cody started training new team members on trucking and transportation products. With the vast experience he’s gained in 11 years at Clickstop, he took the time to pass along the knowledge he’s gained to new team members. This sharing of his institutional knowledge builds a strong sense of community on the US Cargo Control Sales Team.
Growth
When Cody transitioned from Warehouse to Sales in Fall 2021, he leveraged his knowledge and understanding of our products and processes to impact the company and our customers. He brought his strengths in organizing, prioritizing, and executing to his new role, and is now helping train others. As a result, he, his team, and Clickstop are continuing to grow and learn.
