Phil Kramer Finds Shared Purpose through Opportunity
We’ve come to the end of our Q1 award winner recaps. Last, but not least is Phil Kramer who has been busy helping open up our first Clean Laundry stores in Kansas!
At the beginning of 2022, Phil saw an opportunity that would benefit Clickstop and be an even better fit for what he wanted in his career (aka shared purpose). After being a part of the Finance team for just shy of seven years, Phil took his curiosity about our Clean Laundry brand and took action. He became the Director of Sales and Operations for Clean Laundry in January and hasn’t looked back!
Here is what his nominators had to say about his willingness to embrace the opportunities in front of him:
Phil saw the opportunity to drive meaningful growth for himself and Clickstop when the Director of Sales and Operations role opened up for Clean Laundry. During Q1, he officially made the transition and has hit the ground running. Team members from multiple departments have taken notice.
He has been a great communicator and collaborator and keeps things simple and moving forward. Strong finance and Excel skills allowed Phil to develop reports and documents to help the team have a real-time view of how things are going. Overall, it gives us a deeper look into the performance of Clean Laundry stores and is a key resource to support area managers in working with autonomy.
In his new role, he is growing quickly and is now leading three markets in the Midwest and a team of six.
Amid a steep learning curve, he took ownership of key responsibilities in multiple markets. He’s assisted in opening our newest Des Moines store and has been a key element in driving the launch of Clean Laundry Express (CLX) in the Cedar Rapids Market.
Congratulations, Phil, and we can’t wait to see the impact you continue making in your 7th year with Clickstop!
