Q1 Responsible Award: Cindy Clark

In the first quarter, Cindy Clark was a great example of a team member who performed with excellence in her role and in the shared Clickstop expectations. In her role as Nylon Slings lead on our Manufacturing Team she’s been learning, improving, and growing in various areas of production, and utilizing the strengths of others to support the achievement of great results.

Cindy has been instrumental in expanding the Nylon Slings capability. She has been showing up each day and working with consistently high intensity, focus, and an optimistic attitude.

Her strong work ethic and high standards are a positive influence on her team as well.  She knew the Nylon Slings team needed a leader and courageously stepped up to be that person.  Team members know they can go to her with questions, and she will patiently give them answers and help them to learn what she knows.

In addition, she has taken ownership to reinforce the vision and expectations of Clickstop by challenging team members to communicate openly and not remain silent when opportunities for improvement have been identified. This has resulted in more constructive dialogue, improved results, and an improved experience.

Congratulations to Cindy on her Q1 Responsible Award! It’s clear she is challenging herself, her team members, and the organization to continue living out the Clickstop Code.
