These are statements made about our Q2 “Communicate” Award Winner, Krystal. In taking on the role of Account Manager, she quickly supported improvements in communications with all Leverage Marketing customers. This wasn’t easy, but she made it look that way.

What do you believe has led up to this recognition? (What behaviors have you demonstrated?)
In my communication both internally and externally, I try to communicate very openly.
Have you had struggles within this Core Trait? If so, what have they been and how did you overcome them?
Being courageous in my communication is something that I continue to focus on. It is important to speak up, to challenge ideas or the way that someone is approaching their work. This can be hard but is the type of communication that creates meaningful change.
Why is this Core Trait important to the success of Clickstop?
Respectful, concise, and direct communication is critical to being able to work fast and create results. Listening and seeking to understand others often results in better decisions and enhances alignment within the team and company.
What brought you to Clickstop?
A desire to see the impact that my work has to the overall success of a company. This is something that is very unclear in large corporations and can be unsatisfying, but impact here at Clickstop is much more tangible. Also, a desire to re-balance my life to focus on both career and family.
What keeps you at Clickstop?
The wonderful people that I get to work with and the everchanging environment that creates new challenges and learning opportunities.

What is one word your husband/wife/best friend/child would use to describe you and why?
My husband says I’m stubborn. I think he means that I am admirably dedicated and persistent.
