Q2 Strategic Award: Mike Staebell

Mike Staebell’s ability to move back and forth between details and big picture has created an impact on multiple of Clickstop’s brands.

In addition to beginning to lead improvements for our EcoFoil brand, he is always looking for opportunities to align all Clickstop’s brands with their target markets. In our recent award nominations, multiple of his peers noted that Mike made significant contributions to 3 of our 5 brands last quarter alone.

  • For our Pepper Joe’s brand, Mike identified a local podcast with a growing nationwide presence. He organized meetings with the proper stakeholders to tactfully negotiate a partnership that allowed Pepper Joe’s to test new channels for marketing and brand awareness.
  • As the new brand leader for our EcoFoil brand, Mike ensures products are listed and optimized on Amazon. This may sound simple or routine, but as his nominator puts it, “Mike had no experience or insight into all the subtle challenges that Amazon bestows on sellers. It can be a very time-consuming and frustrating, but impactful, endeavor. He has improved EcoFoil’s user experience through seeking to better understand everything from shipping costs and inventory to ads, keywords, and audiences.”
  • The work Mike did to create standardize brand guidelines and creative assets for our Clean Laundry brand minimizing confusion and increases efficiency across the team. One of his nominators said, “the amount of strategic planning that went into building out these processes should be recognized company-wide.”

Mike’s strategic and thoughtful process allows the company to move faster from ideation to execution. He is responsible for the quality branding that many of the Clickstop brands have today and has always contributed at the highest level.
