2017 Q3 Communicate Openly with Confidence and Respect Winner: Britni Graham
Here’s another throwback to our core value winners from Q3 of last year! Before Britni became a Clickstop Rock Star, she was the winner of Communicate Openly with Confidence and Respect. Here’s her take on that value:Ā
Tell me about opportunity at Clickstop.
Britni: Opportunities at Clickstop are endless! I was a Parks and Recreation Coordinator before I came to Clickstop, I was hired here for the USCC Service team, I transitioned into an Engagement Specialist role and now I’m a full-time recruiter!
What is your favorite part about working at Clickstop?
Britni: Owning my success, hands down. I also love the people in this company. š
How do you relate to the core value: Communicate Openly with Confidence & Respect?
Britni: Communication is my top strength. If I’m completely honest with myself, my strongest connection to this comes from the need to share my opinion on the things that I care about most; sometimes even when it is unsolicited, HA! I don’t feel like I have to hold back what I’m thinking if I am respectful in my delivery and it is coming from a good place.
What advice do you give to others who want to embraceĀ this core value?
Britni: Be bold. We all have convictions and we all care about the Values that make Clickstop great. Communicating along the way is what allows everything to fall into place. If you see something that isn’t right, speak up and don’t settle. If you see something that is awesome, share that. If you don’t have the information you need, ask for it. My biggest regrets have always come from inaction and my greatest achievements have come from sharing my convictions.
What are your major goals at Clickstop? How are you going to make it happen?
Britni: I am comfortable in my strengths and very aware of my weaknesses. I will not be spending my time trying to be an expert at what doesn’t come naturally to me. I am going to double down on my strengths and serve Clickstop to the best of my ability.
