Tell me about opportunity at Clickstop.

Brennan: Clickstop encourages development both professionally and personally for each employee. This allows for opportunities for those seeking it to be endless, if you have an idea or plan, Clickstop supports the process to make it happen.

What is your favorite part about working at Clickstop?

Brennan: The excitement and drive of the employees is my favorite part about Clickstop. Everyone is motivated to make an impact and help each other for the success of the company.

How do you relate to the core value: Make Time for Fun and Family?

Brennan: The core value that I won “Make Time For Fun & Family” is very important to me and something that we make a priority at Clickstop. When you work hard and efficiently throughout the day you can leave work confident you put in a full day. Also when others are out of the office, willing to take on more responsibilities so they can enjoy their time with family and friends is important to me as well.

What advice do you give to others who want to embrace this core value?

Brennan: My advice for embracing this value is feeling comfortable that the work you put in throughout the day allows you to leave the office knowing you fulfilled your responsibilities. Also be dependable for others when they have time off.

What are your major goals at Clickstop? How are you going to make it happen?

Brennan: My major goals are to continue to grow and learn as an employee, work on impactful projects, and gain more industry knowledge. To reach my goals I want to continue to get involved with other departments at Clickstop and continue to research development opportunities internally and externally.
