Q4 Opportunistic Award Winner: Rhonda Daisy

Roman philosopher Seneca once said, “Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.”

In Q4, Rhonda Daisy was prepared. As a result, she was ready to embrace and act on the opportunities that came her way. Rhonda has been with Clickstop for six years and is part of the Marketing team. Daily, she helps our brands effectively and efficiently market and sell products through Amazon.

At the end of last year, she took her enthusiasm for her work with Amazon and expanded it to how she worked with her new teammates. With three Clickstoppers (Lance, Jetting, and Colton) entering similar roles to hers, Rhonda supported them and cultivated meaningful relationships so they could better collaborate.

Those efforts have allowed Lance and Colton to quickly integrate into their roles and hit the ground running. All three of them feel educated and supported which will directly impact their ability to drive revenue for their brands through Amazon.

Rhonda’s willingness to seize moments like these is why she is Clickstop’s Q4 Opportunistic Award Winner.

What was your most meaningful accomplishment in Q4?
For me, Q4 was special because of the additional Amazon resources added for Clickstop Brands to grow on Amazon. We added Jetting for US Cargo Control, Lance for Fasteners Plus, and Colton for Pepper Joes. The opportunity on Amazon is endless, so I am VERY excited to add these resources! I love being able to help teach others and share my knowledge (success and failures) from my last five years working on Amazon.

What is one area where you have been seeking growth and how have you been taking action on it?
Thinking futuristically and setting a long-term vision have always been difficult for me. I find myself so busy day to day, that it is hard to see more than a month or two ahead. In Q4, I purposely set aside time to strategize for what 2022 could look like: planning projects, creating an execution timeline, setting revenue goals, etc. When something is important, you just have to make time to do it!

How do you want to challenge Clickstop in the future?
As Employee Owners, we should be challenging each other every single day! Seeking ways to improve and be a better version of ourselves each day is the only way that we will continue to be the great company that we are today!

There are always things that can be improved: processes, efficiencies, attitudes, productivity, engagement, etc. When you see someone or something that needs improvement, take ownership in knowing that those improvements are what will drive us forward!

I promise to continue doing this daily as I see things that need improvement, and I expect the same from all of my fellow employee-owners!

How has the Clickstop Code impacted you personally and/or professionally?
Prior to coming to Clickstop, I worked 16 years for a company that never valued its people the way that Clickstop does. Many days, I felt like a number, not a person. Since coming to Clickstop, I have NEVER felt like that. The core values and traits are the backbone of that! I use the Core Values in my work life and my personal life because they are something you can live by, not just work by.

What word or phrase do you hope describes the growth and impact you will make in 2022?
Exponentially Phenomenal. We are looking to grow all brands with Amazon, and I would love to be able to say that we grew each exponentially year over year which leads to a phenomenal year for Clickstop as a whole!

Tell us about someone who inspires you to be the best version of yourself.
Sarah Meinders has always been someone that I have looked up to. The way Sarah takes ownership, communicates openly, has the hard conversations, holds people accountable, and asks the right questions to gain understanding has always inspired me to continue bettering the way I do these things to be a better version of myself each day.
