Q4 Think Big and Make it Happen Winner: Justin Taylor

Welcome back to our core value blog post series! Let’s hear what our Q4 2017 winner, Justin Taylor, had to say about Thinking Big and Making it Happen.

Tell me about opportunity at Clickstop.

The opportunities at Clickstop are only limited by your imagination, ability to adapt and work ethic.

What is your favorite part about working at Clickstop?

The people here are amazing. Regardless of title, education or background, everyone comes together to reach very high expectations.

How do you relate to the core value: Think Big and Make it Happen?

I have the support from managers, leaders and teammates to take big risks and execute them. We often stumble on new opportunities or something that can be done better; when this happens, we buckle down and get it done.

What advice would you give to other Clickstoppers who want to embrace this core value?

Ask Questions. If you see something that is not working, ask why and collaborate with others to find a better solution. Don’t be afraid to “rock the boat” because the worst thing that can happen is someone saying no. You may not have all of your ideas acted upon, but when you have a good one, it impacts the entire company. Listening, authenticity, collaboration and providing clear and honest feedback will take you far here. Don’t be afraid to take a leap into a direction you have no familiarity with, people here will support you and are eager to help you build your core competencies in all areas.

What are your major goals at Clickstop? How are you going to make it happen?

Providing structure to decision making while allowing for flexibility to take advantage of new opportunities.
