Q1 Safety Advocate: Cassie Mundorf

Safety through Consistency

Clickstop’s Clean Laundry brand continues to grow and add more company vehicles, and more drivers. It became apparent that our driving policy needed to be updated. There were inconsistencies in the process that were cumbersome and created unnecessary hurdles.

Cassie Mundorf on our Human Resources team stepped up to this challenge.

The new policy was created to establish safety guidelines and eligibility requirements for the Clean Laundry employees who drive on behalf of the company. Safety is a top priority for us, and Cassie ensured our employees feel safe while driving, while also understanding what is expected of them when they are driving either a company vehicle or their own vehicle on behalf of the company.

Cassie worked with our insurance company, our background check company, and the Clean Laundry team, to revise our driving policy and improve our process for reviewing driving records as part of the background check.

The policy was rolled out to all current eligible employees and has been implemented into our new hire onboarding process for any future employees. We now have a consistent policy and process to use across Clean Laundry as we continue to grow rapidly.

Well done, Cassie!
