Sara Wilkins is our Q3 “Impactful” Award Winner

The completion of work is one aspect of being impactful.  Additionally, there’s the speed, efficiency and accuracy of decision making that leads to great execution and impact.

Sara Wilkins is our most recent recipient of the “Impactful” award because she is regularly looking for ways to be more efficient and recognizes when it’s appropriate to take the time to play with a new idea and improve upon existing processes.

This past quarter brought a lot of change that heavily impacted our finance team.  Sara didn’t back down and looked at each situation with curiosity, made plans, adapted quickly and achieved great results.  As often as she recognizes what needs to be done, she moves towards it.  This has created great impact at Clickstop.  Well done, Sara!

The Interview

What is your role at Clickstop?

Accounts Payable, etc

How long have you worked at Clickstop?

Almost 8

What do you believe has led up to this recognition?

Communication, curiosity and driving change.  Switching banks was a large project with lots of moving pieces to keep organized and in sync.

Have you had struggles within this Core Trait?  If so, what have they been and how did you overcome them?

I used to be a lot quieter than I am now.  Realizing that my thoughts were important and Clickstop really wants you to have ideas and make changes.

Why is this Core Trait important to the success of Clickstop?

Everything changes all the time.  Something that previously worked great, might not work so well anymore.  Change needs to happen, but you have to communicate it so others know what’s going on.  And if it impacts them, you need to work together for a great outcome for everyone.

What brought you to Clickstop?

A friend of mine used to work here.  He always told me how great it was here and that I should apply.

What keeps you at Clickstop?

It is great here.  I really appreciate the flexibility to be with my family when I need to and not worry about it not being okay at work.  I love that everyone can have thoughts and then act on their ideas.

Why should others want to work at Clickstop?

It is a place where you can grow both personally and professional, it is fun and….Halloween.

What is the coolest/craziest place you ever been to?

Give the Kids the World Village and Disney!

What is your favorite activity that you like to do with your family?

Games

If you could never have to do one chore for the rest of life, what would it be? (i.e. unloading the dishwasher, dusting, etc.)

Cook – I try to get my kids interested in it so they can cook and I don’t have to.  One of them loves to bake, so this is good.
