The completion of work is one aspect of being impactful. Additionally, there’s the speed, efficiency and accuracy of decision making that leads to great execution and impact.
Sara Wilkins is our most recent recipient of the “Impactful” award because she is regularly looking for ways to be more efficient and recognizes when it’s appropriate to take the time to play with a new idea and improve upon existing processes.
This past quarter brought a lot of change that heavily impacted our finance team. Sara didn’t back down and looked at each situation with curiosity, made plans, adapted quickly and achieved great results. As often as she recognizes what needs to be done, she moves towards it. This has created great impact at Clickstop. Well done, Sara!
