Expect Greatness in Yourself and Inspire it in Others

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Expect Greatness in Yourself

They can because they think they can.” – Unknown

Do you believe you can be great? The first step is believing that you already are great. When you believe you are meant to be great, you have made a gigantic leap reprogramming your core belief system. By determining that you are going to be great, you have made a choice to take action. “If I believe I’m great, then I expect greatness in everything I do.” You have decided that good enough is no longer good enough!

Being great doesn’t mean you have to be the smartest or most talented person. It doesn’t require you to be the wealthiest or most successful person, either. Stop competing with others and compete with yourself instead – challenge yourself to be great! Do you want to get fit? Do you want to learn that new job skill? You can! But only if and when you decide to do it and then go after it with laser focus, persistence, enthusiasm and confidence that you will succeed. Don’t fool yourself into believing that it’s up to anyone but you; hold yourself accountable for being great!

Inspire Greatness In Others

Clickstop is filled with people who have a genuine passion for helping others be great. We want others to succeed and become their best. This is a huge part of the culture here!

It’s no accident that we have a company filled with people who are true team players. We seek them out! We have learned that having mentors - and being mentors - are the pathways to success. We help each other learn, adapt, be confident and to think creatively. We collaborate and communicate openly. This is a key component of our strategy. Greatness inspires greatness!
