You’ll be working in the marketing sector of Leverage - a dynamic and strategic agency offering services in IT, Talent Enrichment, Marketing, and Digital Imaging. A different kind of marketing agency, Leverage develops long-term relationships with our customers and your role is to keep those relationships thriving.
The Focus of your role is Paid Media & Content extraordinaire! In this capacity, you will:
- Develop social ad strategies for internal and external brands
- Explore and innovate new platforms for internal and external brands
- Monitor SEO and user engagement while being proactive with content optimization
- Communicate openly and honestly across the board. Be direct but kind; committed to cultivating great relationships internally and externally
- Support & serve both internal and external clients
- Coordinate & collaborate with writers and designers
- Manage and execute campaigns from start to finish
- Innovate strategies to exceed clients’ revenue and expectations
The outcomes you’ll be expected to achieve: Actively and successfully manage Leverage's paid social media accounts. You’ll be both strategic and scrappy with your approach to our social accounts, knowing that you are driven to exponentially grow customer following and revenue. You will have the utmost trust for both your internal and external relationships, because you know what your customers want and you are an expert at maximizing paid media for a high ROI. You will have the dynamic ability to communicate brand voice across media platforms and industries. You'll display strong and strategic writing, because you are confident in your abilities and you are continually growing by researching and questioning existing methods.

You’ll be a key contributor and part of an awesome and highly collaborative team that partners with businesses to empower growth, especially through their social and email marketing platforms.
Who will you work with closely in the company: You’ll report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. There will be constant communication with all marketing team members including: account managers, graphic designers, copywriters, content marketers, digital marketers, and more. Meetings, desk drop-ins, and daily emails can be expected from our talent recruiters, internal brand leaders, BUFs (Business Unit Fanatics™), and presidents.
You'll need: Proven paid social media experience, including but not limited to Facebook & Instagram. Demonstrated writing skills that are strong and succinct.
Nice to have: Experience working in Mailchimp, Wrike, & InDesign is a plus.
