Our Strategy

What our strategy is:

Our strategy is to create an entrepreneurial environment where engagement is expected, required and drives  growth and sustainability. The role of BUF’s (Business Unit Fanatic’s) inside a scaled up shared services  organization is the winning combination.
Growing pains experienced by entrepreneurs are almost always related to resources, and the number of people in their company. A shared service model eliminates the most common frustrations of a business owner (BUF), by providing expertise and dependable resources and by eliminating the need to manage large amounts of people. BUF’s are able to work “on” the business more then they work “in” the business and can be laser focused on growing GPA.

Why it’s important:

Our strategy is important because it is what provides us alignment in our pursuit of our goals, values and mission. You all came to Clickstop to be a part of a dynamic, high growth, highly successful environment where your coworkers are engaged and driving progress forward every day. This strategy allows, expects and causes that environment to happen.

How we will execute on it:

Fulfilling our strategy starts with understanding, agreement and action. We will execute on our strategy by being highly engaged in the organization’s values, mission and goals. We will set business units up for growth by providing expert level shared services to business units of different types and sizes. We will acquire, start up and grow business units to grow the success of our organization and our people. We will employ BUFs with laser-focus on business unit growth and shared services to support these BUFs and dynamically serve multiple business units of different sizes, markets and industries.

Business Unit Fanatic (BUF)
Purpose: To meet or exceed GPA goals for the business unit. The primary function of a BUF is to create and implement the business unit strategy in order to grow the unit(s) which they are responsible. They are responsible for coordinating the proper utilization and successful execution of shared services in order to achieve GPA goals. BUFs are responsible for providing the strategy and direction of their specific business unit to shared service partners so that the shared service partners are able to execute effectively and therefore support the BUF in reaching their goals.

Shared Services
Purpose: To support BUFs through the execution of business unit strategies in order to fulfill GPA goals and create bottom line profit. These shared services enable us to scale our organization while becoming innovative experts in multiple business functions and support small, medium and enterprise size business units simultaneously. Shared Services specialize in specific business functions (such as information technology or marketing) and support business units in their pursuit of growth and greatness. These teams are responsible to provide BUFs with innovative execution of strategic plans. Shared services will provide BUFs with varying levels of support depending on the size and need within their organization: sometimes dedicating specific personnel to a brand and sometimes dedicating small pieces of time.

Entrepreneurial Mindset & Execution
Vital to our success is an entrepreneurial mindset and execution. A mindset that’s determined to be wildly successful. Execution that adapts quickly to change and drives change to meet customer needs. It’s an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change, rather than waiting to adapt to change. It’s a mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, service and continuous improvement. We must not only see problems, solutions and opportunities, but to come up with ideas to do something about them.

Engagement

Being engaged means being committed and taking action in alignment to achieve the mission, values, strategy and goals of the organization.
