For the second year in a row, Clickstop has been recognized by Inc. Magazine as a Best Workplace.
The list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits. Collecting data on nearly 2,000 submissions, Inc. singled out 346 finalists.
The Selection
Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Omaha’s Quantum Workplace, on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future. Inc. gathered, analyzed, and audited the data, then ranked all the employers using a composite score of survey results.
This year, 74.2 percent of surveyed employees were engaged by their work—besting last year’s 72.1 percent.
The strongest engagement scores came from companies that prioritize the most human elements of work. These companies are leading the way in employee recognition, performance management, and diversity.
“With today’s tight labor market, building a great corporate culture is more important than ever,” says Inc. magazine editor in chief James Ledbetter. “The companies on Inc.’s Best Workplaces list are setting an example that the whole country can learn from.”
Team Clickstop is doing something special. It starts with a choice to be responsible and accountable in how we work and in the work that we do. The choice is made each day.
“We’re committed to creating and sustaining a great workplace culture,” says Clickstop CEO Tim Guenther. “It starts with the people and something we’ve done well is assemble a group of responsible and driven people.”
The Impact
A great workplace culture impacts more than just the workplace. The commitment and drive that fuels the growth of the business also brings growth and positive impact to families and communities. Just ask a Clickstop employee and you’ll hear testimony of this truth.
We’re proud of our accomplishment and aware of the uniqueness of our workplace. We enjoy coming to work each day and working alongside a diverse group of people, united through shared values & aligned action, while utilizing our strengths to accomplish the mission.
So, we will take a moment to reflect on this recognition of our team. We’ll applaud the efforts. And then, we’ll continue the work we’re here to do: to create a business that is enjoyable, sustainable and provides opportunity for those who seek it.
