Clickstop’s 2016 in Review

Wow. We feel the same way you do. 2016 is already coming to a close! It is incredible how fast time goes. But, if you were to go around to all the employees of Clickstop and ask them, they would tell you that time goes even faster here. It is like we are stuck in our own little time zone. We all look around at each other and ask “Where the heck did the year go?!?!”

Maybe we are not the only ones that feel this way. But looking back on 2016, we accomplished so much in a short amount of time. We completed many projects, celebrated many different people and accomplishments. We hired a lot of people to help us grow the company and become even better than before.

We worked hard and played hard. Come on… how many companies out there do you know that can say they started a band. Seriously. Clickstop has its own band. They competed in the Corridor Business Journal’s Corporate Battle of the Bands, practiced all year round, and then put on a great show at the annual retreat that blew us away.

But that is not it. Remember… we started building a building. We went over drawings and prints and designs, formed committees, and got everyone’s input on a new space that is going to serve our Clickstop community even better than before.

We built a huge manufacturing space! Our hardworking folks out in manufacturing now have a temperature controlled space, with natural lighting, even their own bathrooms. They are completely set to fulfill our US Cargo Control brand promise… to get customers what they want, when they need it.

How cool is that?!

All of this and so much more in 2016. One year.

Look at Clickstop’s 2016 in review, think back to all of the great things we did. Now, close your eyes. Imagine all of the great things that are right around the corner. 2017 is going to be an amazing year. How could it not be with this incredible group of people ready to work and play hard.

    I would love to know the percentage of employees that actually live in the town of Urbana ?

    Hi Mary!
    We have 8 employees out of 147 who live in Urbana. So around 5%. A lot of our employees drive from the Cedar Rapids area, Vinton, Center Point, and Waterloo.
