Clickstop Receives Special Recognition from the CBJ

On July 26, 2004 the Corridor Business Journal published the first edition of its weekly business newspaper for the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City Corridor. Every week since then, the CBJ has provided its readers with comprehensive coverage of local business news. They cover news that is of interest, use and importance for anyone who does business in the growing Iowa City and Cedar Rapids Corridor.

A few months back, the CBJ released a 15th anniversary edition of their weekly publication and they highlighted us as ‘The Coolest’ Business in the Corridor.

Raising the Bar

Our CEO, Tim Guenther, provided this reflection on the award:

The story isn’t finished and continuing on this path won’t be easy.  This is who we’ve become and expectations are high.  Setting the bar this high isn’t easy to maintain, but there is a clear path to get it done for years to come.  We need to execute.  That means staying focused on doing what needs to be done in order to grow the business and maintaining a top workplace culture. It won’t be easy and will require effort from across the company as well as continued leadership that aligns with both growing and maintaining our culture.

It’s crazy to think that this company is the most recognized in the corridor.  The perspective I have helps me comprehend how challenging it will be to maintain for years to come.  It will take many dedicated people to make it happen.  It will be a large task, and I’m grateful for all of the dedicated and engaged employees of Clickstop!  Keep up the great work!

Our culture is our competitive advantage.  It’s the result of a relentless pursuit to grow ourselves personally and professionally through high expectations of how we work and the work we do.  The end result is a business that is enjoyable, sustainable and provides opportunity for those who seek it.  This is our mission.
