What To Expect
Your Journey to Joining Clickstop
Looking for a new job is a big deal!
It’s just as much about you finding the right fit as it is about us finding a great new teammate. Our goal is that by the time we’re done chatting, you’ll have a real feel for how we work together to build a business that’s enjoyable, sustainable, and full of opportunity.
We can’t wait to meet you and see what kind of skills you bring to the table!
What We're Looking For
We don’t just hire employees—we hire future employee-owners. We’re on the lookout for teammates who are:
You care about how the work gets done, not just checking a box.
We’re a value-driven company. We expect it, measure it, and grow through it.
We’re committed to building the next generation of leaders, and we’re serious about prioritizing your career growth.
If you’re passionate about putting people first, learning from others who bring a different perspective, and aspiring for greatness, you’ve come to the right place.
You jump in to help and love seeing those around you succeed.
In a value-driven culture, we look for individuals who lead by example and do not hesitate to speak up when they see something that could be improved.
These individuals do not lean away from hard conversations, they lean into them.
You take real pride in seeing your hard work pay off because it’s just as much about how you work as it is about the work you’re doing.
We look for individuals who expect greatness in themselves and others, and with humility, challenge us to pursue better results.
As employee owners, when we grow, the company grows, and vice versa. A high level of commitment to this growth is rewarded and expected.
We are not content with the status quo.
You have the skills we need today and a “let’s learn more” attitude for tomorrow.
The ideal candidate for any role at Clickstop possesses critical skills and abilities that apply to the role being pursued.
If these skills are not already present, there must be confidence that they could be quickly acquired.
How We Hire
We really want to get to know the “real you.” Our process is thorough but stays personal. We use a mix of chats and some handy tools to make sure we’re setting you up for success from day one!
Real Conversations
Throughout the process, you’ll get to chat with our recruiting team, your potential manager, and your future coworkers. We want to hear your stories and get a sense of how you like to work.
Quick Assessments
To help us see where you’ll shine brightest, we use a personality and aptitude assessment. Don’t sweat it—there are no “wrong” answers! These just help us make sure the role is a match for your natural strengths.
We’ve Got Your Back
Our recruiter is your partners the whole way through. They’ll be right there to guide you through every step, from that first phone call to your final interview.
Our Interview Process
Phone conversation to establish a connection, learn of the interest in the role, identify presence of critical skills and seek to understand the alignment with the Clickstop Mission, Values, Strategies & Goals.
Virtual or in person interview to confirm the presence of needed skills, alignment with how we work, and further identify the potential of the candidate to accelerate our growth.
Virtual or in-person interview that allows you, the candidate, a chance to discuss the opportunity with individuals in a similar role.
Explore the dynamics of the team, the challenges being overcome, goals being achieved, and how success is measured.
At Clickstop, we believe this process is as much about you interviewing Clickstop as it is Clickstop interviewing you. This step is a unique opportunity to further our alignment.
Relevant members of the Leadership team meet with the candidate to provide a final exploration of the candidate’s alignment with our values and needs.
You can expect to be asked to share what you have uncovered about how we work and the work we do during your time pursuing this role, and how it has increased your motivation and enthusiasm about joining the Clickstop team and mission.
Engagement begins prior to Day 1 and that is what we are looking for.
Virtual Interview FAQ
Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams, which is a web-based application that does not require you to download any software in advance.
You will need a device that connects to the internet—such as a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. Please let your recruiter know if you do not have any of these resources!
We recommend preparing for the conversation and the technology that will contribute to a productive interview.
Conversation: Review our Mission and Values. Come prepared not only to talk to us about your skills but also about the alignment you see between how you work and how Clickstop works. Be specific, what traits and behaviors stand out to you and align with your approach to work?
Technology: We recommend logging in 10 minutes early to test your internet, video, and sound. Make sure you are in a space with decent lighting, minimal noise disruption, and a strong internet connection. We also recommend turning off distracting applications like email and messaging apps so you can focus on your interview.
We recommend dressing in business casual attire. Appropriate but comfortable.
