Q3 Decisive Award Winner: Krystal Talbert
Growth requires self-awareness, focus, humility, and commitment.
When Krystal Talbert came to Clickstop five years ago, she knew she wanted to grow to be more decisive. Today, she exemplifies what it means to be decisive at Clickstop. “Being decisive hasn’t come easily to me,” she said, “I’ve prioritized it as an opportunity for years now. It’s meaningful to know others have seen my attention and growth.”
Many have taken notice and advocated for her performance, so we are excited to celebrate Krystal as our Q3 Decisive Award Winner.
The way Krystal leads her team to engagement creates autonomy. With her team members taking ownership of their work, she’s able to also lead our expansion project with the required objectivity and focus.” – Award Nominator
In a world that is pulling us in more and more directions, the decisiveness Krystal embodies produces focus, prioritization, and objective decision-making. With more on her plate than ever before, this skill became even more crucial to her success. “Currently, my biggest challenge is balancing my time between the marketing team and our expansion project,” she said, “being decisive allows me to give attention to the most important things for the company and my team.”
As you may have guessed, Krystal isn’t sitting back and smelling the roses after receiving her award. She’s already focused on her next growth opportunity, recognition. She said, “Providing meaningful recognition is top of mind for me. Offering more consistent encouragement to my team and making time to celebrate wins ensures that people know they are appreciated and that their contributions matter.”
