Tell me about opportunity at Clickstop.

Mike: There is pretty much any opportunity you could imagine, depending on what you want to do!

What is your favorite part about working at Clickstop?

Mike: The people I work with.

How do you relate to the core value: Be Adventurous, Embrace and Drive Change?

Mike: Embracing change is very important. I’ve never worked for a company that evolves and changes as frequently as Clickstop, and that’s a good thing. I feel like it gives us an adaptable quality that allows for longevity.

What advice do you give to others who want to embrace this core value?

Mike: Accept the fact that nothing is permanent or final. Finality leads to complacency. Always look for the next big idea!

What are your major goals at Clickstop? How are you going to make it happen?

Mike: To learn as much as possible about every aspect of the business. Having an idea of the bigger picture will allow me to do my own job better… and it will also lead me to new opportunities.
