That’s why we are proud to offer a $0 premium healthcare plan for full-time, benefit-eligible employees and their families. Of the companies that PDCM Insurance works with on employee benefits, Clickstop is unique in offering this no-cost option to both employees AND their families.

In addition to the $0 premium high-deductible plan, we offer a more traditional co-pay insurance plan which also remains affordable to full-time, benefit eligible employees local to the state of Iowa and ensures the maximum an employee will pay for their healthcare is comparable to the $0 premium plan.

For more than a decade, our plan has remained the same and we have no intention of changing it.  

We also layer on top of our insurance plans a no-cost telehealth service that provides urgent care medical care to our employees and their families within minutes of requesting an appointment.

We know that time off is essential for health, happiness, and productivity, so we offer a variety of PTO and leave options to help our employees recharge and stay connected with what matters most. Our benefits include:

  • 9 paid holidays for regular full-time and eligible part-time employees
  • 15 days of PTO for new regular full-time employees
  • 20 days of PTO after 5 years of employment for regular full-time employees
  • 25 hours of PTO for eligible part-time employees, after 1 year of employment
  • 12 hours of Wellness PTO for regular full-time employees to use for wellness-related appointments for personal or family use
  • 12 hours of volunteer time for regular full-time and part-time employees to give back to the community
  • Veterans PTO to honor employees who have served, with 5 hours for part-time and 8 hours for full-time employees

5. Comprehensive Parental Leave and Dependent Care

  • Maternity: 2 weeks of paid leave if employed less than 1 year and 10 weeks of paid leave after 1 year of service
  • Paternity: 20 days of paid leave for full-time
  • Adoption: 10 days of paid leave for part-time and 20 days of paid leave for full-time

To further support our working parents, we also offer the option to enroll in a dependent care account to help ease the cost of childcare. This commitment to family-friendly benefits allows our team to manage their responsibilities with peace of mind, knowing they have the flexibility and resources they need at work and at home.

6. Paid Sabbaticals for Long-Term Rest and Reflection

We understand the value of taking time to recharge, reflect, and pursue personal growth. That’s why we offer our full-time, benefit eligible employees with paid and partially paid sabbaticals, allowing long-term team members to step away, explore new interests, or simply rest.

  • After 5 years, full-time employees have the option of a 4–12-week sabbatical, during which Clickstop pays 20% of their wage for the duration.
  • Following their 10th employment anniversary, full-time employees are eligible for a 4-week sabbatical during which Clickstop pays 100% of their wage for the duration.
  • Employees are then eligible for another 4-week sabbatical following their 20-year employment anniversary.
