2021 Q4 Enthusiastic Winner: Lisa Boeckmann
We took a moment to catch up with Lisa after she received the Enthusiastic Award…
- What they are most proud of in Q4?
- Connecting with other team members and building relationships.
- What does Clickstop Code mean to you?
- There is so much respect for the opinion and input of each individual across all the company. Right or wrong, you are respected, encouraged to speak up and you are heard. The collaboration between teams is amazing. I’ve been blessed to work in some amazing environments throughout the years and wasn’t sure how I would fit in at Clickstop. It feels like a family, it truly does. Everyone helps you to grow professionally, accepts you are who you are, and helps you to find and use your strengths.
- In a word, how do you want to challenge yourself this year?
- I hope that people feel comfortable working with me and feel valued. I also want our customers to feel valued and heard when they contact me with their issues. I hope anyone who comes in contact with me, whether a Clickstop employee, customer, or external vendor, feels like they matter because I am willing to listen and work toward a solution with them.
- Tell us about someone who inspires you to be the best version of yourself.
- God and my family. I am a work in progress for sure! You’d think at my age, I should be coasting along! God is always my ultimate guide, but I am sure glad that He has a sense of humor. He needs it with me. He keeps me humble. My kids have so much faith in me and are always challenging me. I am so grateful that they want to spend time with me. My son, daughter, and I go on annual hiking and camping trips up in the mountains. I love the memories we make together. I am guessing that chasing a bear off the trail will probably always be a highlight that we can laugh about together. They make me want to be the best that I can be. I am so blessed!
True to who she is, Lisa is ready to continue making an impact on those around her and the organization by building relationships. Thanks for all you’ve done to make us better, Lisa!

What’s something from the past you wish would come back in style?
ME! Oh, you probably meant something that could actually happen 🙂 Station wagons. They were the best! So much room and so many windows! And if you had a great station wagon to cruise the strip in, you’d also want to go to a drive-in theater so I’ll add that to the blast from the past.
What is something you dislike that everyone seems to like? Or something you like that everyone seems to dislike?
Dislike: Sushi. Enough said.
Describe yourself in a hashtag.
#hotflashmessmama
What are three things you can’t live without?
Cool crisp Iowa air; family; the great outdoors
What’s your current TV obsession?
America Ninja Warrior
What book should everyone read?
The Bible is the obvious answer but after that, just something that makes you happy and stirs your imagination.
What song can you listen to on repeat?
Currently, Phil Wickham – Battle Belongs. In fact, I had to pull it up so I can listen to it right now! I love to see young Christian singers rocking out for God! This song reminds me that we are never alone in our battles big or small. It talks about fighting the battles on our knees with our hands lifted high. I can’t even listen to it without raising my hands up in praise. I don’t get down on my knees though – too hard to get up!!!
If you could make a documentary about anything, what would it be about?
Probably just an ordinary person in their ordinary life. Hopefully, it would highlight that we all face the same problems. When you feel alone, you could see that everyone is fighting a battle and no one’s life is as perfect as it may seem to you. You don’t have to be famous to be a superstar. Everything we do matters to someone.
