Our 2022 Q1 Rockstar is the shining example of a consistent, reliable team player. This person doesn’t limit themselves to the responsibilities of their role – and instead prioritizes the results of the work and how to best maximize financial impact to the company. There is no task too big and no task too small – and this person always works with a sense of urgency and drive that motivates the people around them.

Our Q1 Rockstar is Rachel Neve!

Rachel’s ability to create high-quality work within tight deadlines is unmatched, and as a result, her impact is felt through all channels of US Cargo Control (USCC). She delivers what is asked of her and more, and is almost always ahead of schedule. Seriously though, has Rachel ever missed a deadline? Rachel has contributed significantly to building the USCC brand into what it is today. The growth that USCC has experienced in recent years – on the web, within the team, and just for the brand overall – isn’t luck or coincidence. It’s attributed to committed, steadfast employees like Rachel who are doing the most that they can every day to positively impact the company. Rachel expects a lot of herself and inspires others to be their best. She doesn’t accept excuses and respectfully holds her teammates accountable when necessary. When she sees something that needs to be done, she eagerly steps in to take ownership and drive the work forward. When Rachel saw the need for more knowledge on the marketing team, she took it upon herself to learn those skills and utilized them. When she sees an opportunity for other teams to benefit from something she’s doing, she takes action to implement it. In Q1, Rachel’s team was challenged to double the number of mailers that were distributed to potential customers. Rachel eagerly embraced the challenge and found an outsource solution at a great price. This allowed the team to not only execute on the mailers in Q1 but also sets the team up for scalability and rapid growth in the future. Rachel is a highly engaged, highly committed Clickstop employee. She rolls up her sleeves, knows what needs to be done, and works with a high sense of urgency to make the biggest impact. She is not in it for praise, recognition, or selfish gain. She is in it to see Clickstop grow and flourish, which in return allows her to grow and flourish. Clickstop is thankful to have a committed employee like Rachel, who has been through the highs and lows of the company over the last ten years and is just as committed and engaged today as she was in 2011. As one nominator put it, “We need more Rachels at Clickstop.” Congratulations to Rachel and well done!
