Carly Grimm's Experience with the Kirkwood Leadership Development Academy

Every business aims to achieve consistent and outstanding results, but many struggle to do so. One of the underlying problems is a lack of engaged employees, and studies have shown that managers play a crucial role in driving employee engagement. At Clickstop, we understand the importance of great managers in fostering success for both our employees and our business.

That’s why we prioritize the intentional development of our aspiring and existing managers, empowering them to become effective new leaders. Carly Grimm, our Customer Service team manager, is a perfect example. Joining Clickstop two years ago, Carly quickly transitioned into a management role in the Fall of 2022.

In addition to providing internal support and training, Clickstop opened another door of opportunity for Carly—The Kirkwood Leadership Development Academy. We sat down with Carly to learn more about her experience as a new leader and how completing the Academy has influenced her journey.
