Employee, Stephanie Pierce, sitting in a yellow chair holding her large check after being crowned the Q2 Rock Star award winner.Welcome to the Clickstop, where our values are not just words on a wall but a cornerstone of our culture.

We celebrate those who consistently display behaviors that drive impactful results and inspire others to greatness. Today, we have a story to share that exemplifies how an individual can create opportunity by aligning their strengths with the needs of Clickstop.

The Reveal

The room was filled with anticipation, both onsite and virtually, as the Clickstop team eagerly awaited the announcement of the Q2 Rock Star. It was a moment of celebration, recognition, and inspiration. The criteria for becoming a Rock Star at Clickstop are not taken lightly; it’s about more than just a single project or accomplishment – it’s about consistent behaviors, inspiring those around you, and sustained excellence.

As the excitement mounted, Clickstop’s CEO, Cari McCoy, dropped hints about our next Rock Star:

  • This person has blazed a trail by merging their existing role with another team to enhance learning and impact.
  • They are known for their discipline, rising at 4 a.m. daily to ensure they start their day right.
  • In the spirit of fitness, they’ve introduced new ways for Clickstoppers to prioritize their well-being.

And then, with a drumroll, we reveal our Q2 Rock Star…Stephanie Pierce!

Confetti cannons exploded, a flurry of congratulations and emojis flooded the chat, and the room erupted in applause.

Enthusiasm and Impact

Stephanie’s enthusiasm is like a spark. From day one, her eagerness to tackle new challenges and her commitment to personal and professional growth have made her a standout member of the Clickstop team. After being a small business owner and “party of one” as she calls it, Stephanie found the team atmosphere and culture of opportunity she was looking for. Now, her passion for fostering greatness in her peers, both at work and in life, has led to new doors being opened.

Just one example of that is how Stephanie reintroduced a focus on wellness within Clickstop. She brought yoga and a renewed emphasis on movement into the company culture, prioritizing the holistic well-being of her colleagues.

Proactive Problem-Solving

Another of Stephanie’s strong qualities is her proactive problem-solving. She doesn’t wait for issues to become crises; she takes the initiative when quick action is needed. An example of this is when she discovered that customer responses to sales order confirmations weren’t reaching sales representatives. Stephanie promptly compiled a list of missed customer emails and distributed it to the team so they could respond promptly, showcasing her decisive and customer-centric mindset.

“When you meet people who are just wired to problem solve the way Stephanie does for some reason pinpointing a single example is difficult,” says Eric Japenga, Vice President of Sales and Service. “In getting to know Stephanie, I’ve learned how she goes about problem-solving. It all starts with her thinking critically about the work she does every day and the outcomes she’s seeking. Then she’s excellent at knowing the people and resources she can plug into. She also looks at how can she be part of creating the solution. Stephanie has this very intentional engagement with her work that allows her to create and identify opportunities for improvement.”

Dedication to Continuous Learning

But Stephanie’s journey isn’t just about performing well in her current role. She goes above and beyond by expanding her knowledge into other products under the Clickstop family of brands. This not only allowed her to contribute to different areas but also to challenge existing methods of work and information-sharing between teams for improved collaboration.

And her journey doesn’t end there. Just prior to being named the Rock Star, Stephanie was named the new manager of the Clickstop Accelerator Team (CAT). This new position allows her to take her commitment to finding and acting on opportunities to new heights. In typical Stephanie fashion, she’s already planning to attend tradeshows for the new brands she supports as the CAT manager.

“What stuck out about Stephanie when I initially met her was that as a business owner, she learned things not just out of necessity but out of desire,” says Eric. “That was a clear indicator that whatever role she was in at Clickstop, she had a formula for success. We just had to find the best way to plug her in so that she could be as successful as possible.”
