Impactful Clickstoppers in Q4

Recognizing our employee-owners for behaviors that drive results is a key driver of employee engagement.

So it’s time to celebrate some impactful Clickstoppers!

At Clickstop, our Q4 Rock Star Reveal event was held Thursday, January 25 to celebrate employees who demonstrated a significant impact on the company by living out our core values. In addition to announcing the top honor, the Rock Star Award, we announced winners for 10 categories: Communicate, Courageous, Curious, Decisive, Enthusiastic, Impactful, Opportunistic, Responsible, Strategic, and Safety. From 115 nominations for 83 nominees from 60 nominators, we announced 20 finalists.

Now, here are the Q4 winners and a summary of their impact.

Communicate

Mike Staebell (Shared Marketing) won the Communicate Award. Mike excels in collaboration, innovation, and a positive approach. His trust-building, innovative mindset and active engagement show his dedication to growing EcoFoil. He fosters cross-departmental collaboration by having a positive attitude and asking questions of team members to better understand their processes. He continuously seeks opportunities to learn new ways to build the brand.

Courageous

For Q4, Rhonda Daisy (Shared Marketing) was the recipient of the Courageous Award. Rhonda’s sense of urgency and courage to take educated risks for growth inspires her teammates and she consistently holds her peers accountable when needed and is an available resource for peer support. When she sees behaviors that don’t align with the code, she makes it a priority to address it. Her willingness to consistently drive forward with courage, responsibility, and opportunistic traits motivates others to strive to do the same.

Curious

Dee Swayze (Manufacturing) won the Curious Award. Dee has a can-do attitude that is driving improvements in manufacturing and clear and high expectations of the team. He introduced LEAN methods and new equipment, enhancing efficiency in the packing area and reducing physical strain on the team. Dee’s visionary mindset led to significant process changes, including workshops for lean manufacturing and training for manufacturing’s new team leaders. Dee is consistently providing sustainable results and is here to help us achieve our goals.

Decisive

Sara Wilkins (Finance) received the Decisive Award. Sara is precise and decisive when it comes to the business and which person is best for the job. Recently, Sara saw the workload of her direct reports was not balanced. Within 24 hours she created a plan to shift duties and explain why it made the most sense. Anytime there is a situation that needs talked through or a process that can be improved Sara will look at all the possibilities and come up with the best solution without second guessing.

Enthusiastic

Brian Brinkeman (Warehouse – Urbana) won the Enthusiastic Award. Brian has creative ideas every day on how to make our Fasteners Plus brand run more efficiently and his knowledge has left us with minimal errors. He always has the customer and brand promise on his mind and it shows in his work. His positivity and optimism are reflected in his work. He is bound to get everything done on time and with precision. Because of Brian his team members are inspired by his W.I.N. attitude (what’s important now).

Impactful

The Q4 Impactful winner was Kendra Wolff (Customer Service). Kendra takes on an enormous amount of work each day and handles it well. Although she’s only been at Clickstop less than a year, she consistently maintains the highest numbers when it comes to monthly metrics. She knows how to utilize her strengths as well as the team’s. While she may be new, she performs at a veteran level and has had more and more added to her workload all while maintaining a positive attitude. She asks important, in-depth questions and seeks to be as efficient as possible.

Opportunistic

Our Opportunistic winner is Lindsey Begemann (Clean Laundry). Lindsey has been extremely opportunistic in the past few months, but really for her duration at Clickstop. She’s been adaptable to changes and as a result, is always willing to take on new responsibilities – some within her wheelhouse, but most recently, some that require her to learn a new skill. She is always a willing team member who doesn’t shy away from taking on challenges.

Responsible

Erica Foshe-Everette (Manufacturing) received the Responsible Award. Erica was here before we implemented KPIs for sewers and was one of the first to adapt to the change in pace and expectations. She recognized it as an opportunity to grow and improve. When there is a challenging order, she does a great job at leaning on others’ expertise to find the best solution as well as sharing and communicating with other teammates so they have the best shot to succeed.

Strategic

Sara Alden (Shared Marketing) won the Strategic Award. Sara’s involvement in Amazon optimization projects has led to a more strategic and enthusiastic approach by those involved in that work. Her approach has allowed team members to see how their daily work directly impacts Clickstop’s bottom line leading to a more rewarding experience. She’s also been a key contributor to Pepper Joe’s success and her work on Amazon which has resulted in consumable meats increasing sales by 31% in 2023.

Safety

Jamie Farmer (Manufacturing) was the winner of the Safety Award. In Q4, Jamie has proven herself to be a leader focused on keeping our people and our facility safe and secure. She is not afraid to call out unsafe work behaviors, if she sees something she will address it immediately. She promotes safe work practices to our warehouse and manufacturing employees and is a big contributor to the safety improvements that were made in 2023.

These award winners have made significant contributions to Clickstop’s culture by embodying our core values. This recognition seeks to inspire others to emulate their behaviors and create a positive impact. Recognition is a priority in places with great workplace culture because it drives employee engagement.
