Celebrating Our Q3 Clickstop Award Winners

We’re thrilled to announce the winners of our Q3 Clickstop Awards! These individuals have demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and a commitment to our company’s core values. Their contributions have significantly impacted our success and we’re honored to recognize their achievements.  

Q3 Clickstop Core Trait Award Winners 

Adam Shouse, Account-Based Marketing 

Adam was awarded the Strategic Award for his proactive communication and efficiency in managing container orders and large truckload orders. His dedication to growth and collaboration has been instrumental in fulfilling our Brand Promise and driving GPAM Growth. 

As one of his nominators said: “Adam’s proactive communication and willingness to collaborate with the team have set the pace for the ABM group. His readiness to help out and share information, like when he reached out while on a customer visit, truly showcases his dedication to the team’s success.” 

 

Wesley McElwee, Technology 

Wesley received the Curious Award for his innovative approach to improving our web experience. His ability to dive into Shopify’s complexities and optimize customizations has elevated site efficiency, data accuracy, and Google ranking factors. 

One of his nominators said: “Wesley consistently brings solutions to the table, always thinks about the long-term impact rather than short-term fixes. His curiosity and ability to challenge the status quo resulted in an even better outcome than what was originally requested.” 

 

Alex Guenther, US Cargo Control Inside Sales 

Alex was recognized with the Responsible Award for his reliability, trustworthiness, and commitment to supporting his team. His willingness to help others and his positive attitude have made a significant impact on his team’s success. 

As a nominator put it: “Alex has been a tremendous support, particularly for our new hires. His role as an informal leader has not only built confidence in others but also helped foster strong relationships.” 

 

James Paulson, Warehouse (Urbana)

JP was awarded the Enthusiastic Award for his optimism, leadership, and deep knowledge of inventory management. His proactive approach and collaborative spirit have set the foundation for operational success. 

One of JP’s nominators said: “JP’s ripple effect of streamlining processes, delegating to his team effectively, and creating new ways of managing inventory levels have put Urbana’s inventory in an exponentially better spot than years past.” 

 

Kayleigh Aguilar, Manufacturing 

Kayleigh received the Communicate Award for her thoughtful approach, communication skills, and commitment to quality. Her ability to catch mistakes, make quick decisions, and teach others has contributed significantly to the success of the manufacturing team. 

Here is what one of her nominators had to say about Kayleigh in Q3: “She is inquisitive, not only about the work she is doing but how she is working. She cares about her performance and is always looking to achieve great results. Kayleigh is reliable and consistently performing above and beyond.” 

 

Nathan Van Slyke,

Warehouse (Urbana)

Nate was awarded the Decisive Award for his leadership in the Warehouse Management System and Operation Stock-Up. His proactive communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail have improved efficiency and set the team up for success. 

As one of his nominators put it: “Nate is one of the most impactful people in the warehouse today. We would be nowhere near ready for the WMS implementation without him. His hard work, decisiveness, and creativity have really driven the WMS project forward and kept us ahead of the game.” 

 

Tammy Karr, Fasteners Plus 

Tammy received the Opportunistic Award for her ability to embrace new opportunities and drive progress. Her initiative, collaboration, and leadership have been instrumental in Fasteners Plus’s growth and success. 

As one of Tammy’s nominators said so simply: “Fasteners Plus would not be where it is today without Tammy’s dedication and hard work.” 

 

Rhonda Daisy, Shared Marketing 

Rhonda was awarded the Impactful Award for her leadership in the US Cargo Control Photo Week project. Her meticulous planning, communication, and ability to inspire others ensured the project’s success. 

One of her nominators said: “Rhonda’s meticulous planning and decision-making kept Photo Week on track. She anticipated the unexpected and always made sure we had what we needed.” 

 

Cooper Smith, Technology 

Cooper was awarded the Safety Advocate Award for his dedication to safety and his work in implementing security measures to protect our employees and digital assets. 

One of Cooper’s nominators said: “Because of Cooper, people are also thinking twice about the emails coming into their emails as a result of the KnowBe4 trainings.” 

 

John Spanczak, Engagement Team 

John was awarded the Courageous Award for his leadership in facilitating open and difficult conversations about work-life balance and team culture. His ability to provide thoughtful feedback and challenge others has had a positive impact on our employee engagement and performance management. 

Here is a quote from one of John’s nominators to summarize his impact on Clickstop: “The support you’re providing is truly creating partnerships between the Engagement Team and leaders and departments in ways that were lacking in the past.” 

Each of these individuals has lived out elements of Clickstop’s Code with excellence in the past few months, and we are grateful for their contributions to Clickstop.
