Sarah Meinders has become a powerhouse on our Technology Team. Not by being the loudest voice in the room, but by consistently challenging others and pushing work forward, especially in moments when it might otherwise stall. Whether it’s a creative idea, a loosely defined concept, or a long-paused project, Sarah doesn’t wait for someone else to take action. She asks the hard-hitting questions, revives momentum, and keeps work on track.
