Q2 Safety Winner: Wendi Kafer
At the end of each work day, we want each employee to return him in as good or better health as when they arrived. This is a collective effort.
Once a quarter, we take some to recognize one individual who went above and beyond to ensure the safety of our co-workers. Wendi Kafer is who we’ve chosen to recognize during Q2.
Looking for Alternative Solutions
Wendi has brought concerns related to ergonomics and made suggestions around rotating people to cut down on fatigue and make manufacturing a safer place.
She has also suggested packaging improvements that deal with the way we twist and stack – which encourage proper lifting.
These are the things that make Clickstop a safer place. Thank you, Wendi, for taking time to take care of her co-workers!

My Suggestions in Manufacturing to make our jobs more ergonomic, reporting anything I see that may be unsafe.
Why is Safety important to the success of Clickstop?
Safety reduces business cost and a safe work environment produces happier employees. Who doesn’t want to go home safe each day?!
What brought you to Clickstop?
I needed a job with a more steady income. Someone mentioned Clickstop so I applied and here I am. Plus its only 6 minutes from my home. 😊
What keeps you at Clickstop?
My Wonderful Co-Workers, The fact that they are family focused, and the ability to learn and grow professionally..
Why should others want to work at Clickstop?
It’s a great place to grow professionally and personally. The possibilities are endless!!
If you had to pick one food to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?
ANYTHING Italian!!! YUM!!!
