Celebrating Our Core Trait Award Winners of Q3!

At Clickstop, our core values are the foundation of our culture.

Every quarter, we celebrate the remarkable individuals who exemplify these values and make a significant impact on our team and our success. We are excited to recognize 8 outstanding team members who have personified our values and made an impact as a result.

Let’s dive into why each of these amazing individuals deserves to be celebrated!

Cooper Smith

Clickstop employee award winner

Cooper consistently steps up when it matters most. When a security threat surfaced at an inconvenient hour, he responded calmly, brought the right people together, and worked with an outside partner to protect both organizations. When an unexpected outage disrupted one of our sites, he took charge and restored operations quickly. Throughout the year, he also led key projects to strengthen secure access, keeping the team informed every step of the way so everyone could plan with confidence.

Alisha Ford

Alisha connects people to solve problems for good. Supporting several key programs across every brand, she spots recurring issues and brings the right teams together to address the root cause. Her partnership with operations and technology teams led to a smarter process that significantly improved on-time shipping. She also created and shared clear guidance that helped colleagues reduce repeat errors, making sure everyone had the information they needed to get it right.

Wendi Kafer

Wendi makes sure the right information reaches the right people. When an issue surfaced with a supplier’s shipments, she coordinated directly with the source and laid out a clear plan to resolve it. When evaluating a new supplier, she reviewed every detail carefully and delivered feedback so clear and complete it was shared as written. She also helped shape a process that keeps teams aligned on changes, so customers get accurate information and fewer surprises.

Responsible Award Winners

Eric Japenga

Eric takes ownership of results. Stepping into a new role, he quickly solved a long-standing sourcing challenge that had gone unresolved for over a year. He’s straightforward with partners and colleagues alike, sharing good news and bad with equal honesty. In a challenging market, he protected stable pricing, made tough calls to move business to stronger partners, and negotiated agreements that delivered meaningful savings. He also helps lead the process that keeps product changes accurate and well managed.

Mike Smith

Mike doesn’t wait to be asked. When he saw a chance to make work smoother for his teammates, he volunteered to take it on right away rather than wait for a future fix. He earned additional certifications so he could support more teams, and he regularly pitches in wherever help is needed most on the busiest days. Mike takes pride in showing up for every shift and making it count.

Casey Gallagher

Casey goes where he’s needed most. After helping bring a major accuracy effort to a clean finish, he volunteered to move to a new team when he saw it would face added pressure. He got up to speed quickly, working independently within weeks, and now takes on some of the most challenging work as the team has grown significantly. Ahead of the busy season, he dedicated himself to preparation work that set the team up for success. His motto: there’s always more work to be done.

Enthusiastic Award Winners

Alyssa Howe

Clickstop Employee Award Winner

Alyssa raises the bar and lifts everyone around her. This year she set a new all-time warehouse record, breaking her own previous best, but her real impact is the consistency she brings every single day. She shares ideas to make the work smarter, helps newer teammates learn the ropes, and is always the first to celebrate someone else’s success (and to bring the holiday spirit to the warehouse).

Clickstop Employee Award Winner

Mike pairs consistent results with a commitment to his team’s growth. A top performer month after month, he puts as much energy into helping others succeed as he does into his own numbers. He shares what’s working and encourages the team to learn from each win, keeps customer requests moving quickly, helps train colleagues on key skills, and plays a role in bringing new teammates on board. As his manager puts it, Mike helps the team learn from success, not just the dollar amount.
