From Warehouse Team Lead to HR Coordinator, Zach’s is recognized for demonstrating courage, ownership, and a commitment to others

Each quarter, we recognize employee-owners who bring our core values to life in ways that strengthen our teams, our culture, and our future. This quarter, Clickstop recognizes Zach Huntsberger for living out the Courageous Core Trait through honesty, ownership, growth, and care for others. These qualities are reflected in his recent transition from Warehouse Team Lead to HR Coordinator, a role that allows him to invest in the growth and success of others.

Zach’s courage shows up in how he communicates. One teammate described Zach as “an awesome team lead who truly embodies the Courageous Trait.”  As the nomination shared, “He consistently speaks his mind in a respectful way, even when his perspective differs from the group or might be unpopular.” That willingness to say what needs to be said—while creating space for others—is what makes Zach’s leadership stand out.

What Makes Zach’s Leadership Impactful?

Zach’s courage is grounded in respect. He gives feedback to help the team improve, celebrates what is working, and welcomes feedback in return. He challenges others—and himself—to keep getting better.

“He welcomes feedback openly and isn’t afraid to take educated risks while fully owning the outcomes,” one nomination stated. As result, that humility and ownership build trust and give others permission to be honest, try new things, and grow. “He is setting a high bar of excellence and challenging others to become better,” a teammate shared.

How Zach’s Approach Reflects the Clickstop Code:

  • Courageous – Zach communicates openly with confidence and respect, sharing an honest perspective even when it is uncomfortable because it helps the team move forward.
  • Opportunistic – Zach embraces change as a chance to grow, stepping into new responsibilities, building stronger relationships, and creating opportunities for himself and others.
  • Impactful – Zach expects greatness in himself and inspires it in others by owning outcomes, raising the bar, and helping the team connect daily behaviors to better results.

That is courageous leadership: asking thoughtful questions, speaking with honesty, and owning the impact you have on the people around you. For the courage he brings to conversations, the ownership he takes in his growth, and the care he shows for his teammates, we are proud to celebrate Zach Huntsberger as a Q2 Core Trait Award recipient.
