Doug Martens is Our Q3 'Enthusiastic' Award Winner
Enthusiasm begins with a belief in the mission. At Clickstop, we show up each day to create a business that is enjoyable, sustainable and provides opportunity for those who seek it. If you’re in agreement with the mission, you find delight in seeing it fulfilled.
Additionally, there is a set of Core Values that we have determined are the necessary for us to achieve the mission. For that reason, we measure our performance against them. As the values consistently manifest in the behaviors of co-workers, it is creating success (sustainability) and an environment that we enjoy being a part of.
